The pipe systems of ppr are used in hydraulic installations of cold and warm water, for domestic and industrial applications. PPR pipes ensure secure and without problems use for at least 50 years (maximum pressure lo bar maximum temperature 70oC). They are really strong with chemicals and they high resistance to corrosion.
One very important advantage of the polypropylene pipe is the low thermal penetrability that ensures economy in hot water and preserves the quality of the portable water.
The connection is realised with a thermal welding tool. The process of thermal welding is easy and quick and it involves three stages.
A. Cut the pipe
B. Warm the pipe and the fittings up to 270oC approximately
C. Connect them by pressing them for a few seconds
